OGWUASHI-UKU – A Trado-Medical Doctor and the chairman, Police Community Relations Committee (PCRC) in Aniocha North Local Government Area of Delta State, High Chief Okafor Enujekor has charged fellow practitioners in Nigeria to make honesty their watchword.
Giving the charge in Ogwuashi-Uku, Delta State, High Chief Enujekor said honesty could propel any individual to the zenith of his career.
A member of the defunct Bendel State Trado-Medicine Practitioners Board disclosed that one sure way of honesty in traditional medicine practice is to stick to professional ethics.
While expressing faith in the Nigeria project, he noted that abundant opportunities abound in Nigeria where individuals could excel without necessarily engaging in unethical practices.
He therefore called on all Nigerians, irrespective of profession or status to live up to their responsibilities as citizens of the nation so as to make the country a better place for all.
High Chief Enujekor used the occasion to applaud the vigilante groups in the locality, for their efforts in crime reduction in the area, while urging them to collaborate with the police for better performance.
He advised members of the group to be above board and exhibit only characters that would not alter their integrity for bad..
